Payoff Logic

Data Sources

Last reviewed: July 19, 2026

The calculators on Payoff Logic do the math on numbers you enter — but several of them prefill real-world reference figures to save you time. This page lists every one of those datasets, the source it comes from, and the year it represents. Our approach to this data is described in our Editorial Policy & Methodology.

Important: prefilled figures are planning defaults, not quotes for your situation. Property taxes vary by county and city, insurance varies by home and insurer, home values move monthly, and rates change constantly. Every prefilled value stays fully editable — replace it with your real numbers.
